This is a comfortable, homey, space. It's geared to extended stays; honeymooners and weekend getaways. -- it's secluded, comfortable, and unique - in keeping with a 1920s Craftsman Cottage. It sits behind the 1898 Victorian ("The Big Nest"), and is in "The Little Nest". Rustic Robin is a very cozy space (about 500 sq. ft.) somewhat the feel of an upscale cabin.
Bedding consists of a queen size bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom. We use top of the line hotel mattresses.
Besides seating around a great, rustic, old kitchen table, the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave. It also has a washer and dryer.
The furniture is eclectic antique, from the 1920s and 30s.
It has a walk in shower, no bathtub.
May we make a reservation for you? Stay in Houston's Museum District, also called Montrose -- the heart of downtown Houston. Good dog walking neighborhood, excellent restaurants ranging from casual to starred. All the neighborhood amenities: grocery stores, pharmacy, cleaners, ice cream cones, etc.
